The Espresso Maker has a black base and a silver water reservoir. The coffee carafe is smoke-colored plastic with a back handle. The words "EspressoExpress™" are imprinted on the black base. The item number is W14A7166, which is located underneath the base.

RC2 Recalls Toy Keys Due to Choking Hazard
"Shake ‘n Jingle Keys," "Shake & Jingle Keys," "My Jingle Keys" all by The First Years and the John Deere "Real Keys" are toy keys, with three colored keys attached to a blue, red or green remote control with electronic features. Various colored buttons on the remote activate sounds. Only toy keys with the letter "F" in the date code stamp on the packaging and product are involved in the recall. The date code can be found on the back of the remote control. Toy keys with "TE" in the date code or yellow sides on the remote are not included in this recall.

Various Firms Recall Flashing Pacifiers for Choking, Aspiration and Strangulation Hazards
The units involved are flashing pacifiers and flashing pacifiers with whistles. The pacifiers are clear or colored purple, blue, pink or green. The pacifiers have five flashing LED lights that are red and blue, red and light green and orange. Some pacifiers are sold with a rainbow cord that is attached to handles, and some cords have breakaway connectors. One pacifier has multi-colored beads on the cords in the shapes of barrels, trains, boats and various animals. Pacifiers were sold in clamshell packages. The packaging has a warning that states they are for "12+ Years" or "6+ Years." Some of the products have a warning on the packaging that they are not a real pacifier, but a practical joke. The chart below lists additional information about the products sold and what is written on the packaging.

DeWalt Recalls Framing Saws and Circular Saws for Laceration Hazard
This recall involves DeWalt DW378G and DW378GT 7 �-inch framing saws with date codes 200301-49 through 200637-49. The model numbers for the framing saws are located on the side of the housing. The date code is located either on the name plate or under the handle near the power cord exit. Circular saws involved in this recall have model number DC300 with date codes 200601-49 through 200637-49. The model number on the circular saw is located on the name plate on the top of the motor housing. The date code on the circular saw is located on the underside of the motor housing. Framing saws marked with a "V" on the underside of the handle near the cord set and circular saws marked with a "V" on the underside of the motor housing or under the handle where the battery is inserted have already been repaired and are not involved in this recall.

Warn Industries Inc. Recalls Eight-Post ATV Winch Kits for Overheating
This recall involves eight-post contactors used on certain 2,500 to 3,500 lb Warn ATV and Utility Vehicle Winch Kits. The black contactors were sold as a part of winch kits and have a "WARN" logo on the top and bottom of the contactor. Warn part number 62135 is printed on the bottom. Contactors are found on the vehicle attached to the power wires, between the battery and the winch. The contactor has four holes for securing it to the vehicle. The wooden toy storage box is decorated with graphics from the animated movie "Cars." It has three removable cloth toy bins. "Delta" and the PO# are printed on the side panel. Only toy boxes with "PO#FJ505192" or "PO#FJ605042" marked on the side panel are included in this recall.

This recall involves "Taylor" model burnished nickel metal desk lamp. The adjustable lamp is 16- to 24.75-inches high with adjustment points at the base, mid-shaft and shade. An "O" logo is engraved on the tube cup under the rotary power switch and the name "OTT-LITE" is engraved on the front of the base. Model number 13Z63BN9 or 13T63BN9 is printed on a black label on the underside of the base.

Scott Electric Co. Inc. Recalls Counterfeit Circuit Breakers Due To Fire Hazard
The counterfeit circuit breakers include Square D QO-series models 115, 120, 130, 160, 215, 230, 260, 1515, and 1520. Actual Square D circuit breakers have (a) the amp rating written on the handle in white paint on the front of the breaker; (b) on the side of the breaker, where wire terminal screw is located, the arc shoot opening should have squared corners with the bottom edge of the opening angled up; (c) the mounting clip should be yellow chromate with half of the top of the clip visible; and (d) the Square D insignia should be molded onto the breaker. If your Square D breaker does not match this description, it could be counterfeit.

Serious Injuries Prompt Recall of Mattel's Polly Pocket Magnetic Play Sets
The recalled Polly Pocket play sets contain plastic dolls and accessories that have small magnets. The magnets measure 1/8 inch in diameter and are imbedded in the hands and feet of some dolls, and in the plastic clothing, hair pieces and other accessories to help the pieces attach to the doll or to the doll's house. The model number is printed on the bottom of the largest pieces on some of the play sets. Contact Mattel if you cannot find a model number on your product to determine if it is part of the recall. Polly Pocket magnetic play sets currently on store shelves are not included in this recall.

MTD Southwest Inc. Recalls Troy-Bilt, Craftsman Chain Saws, Breaking Handles Pose Laceration Hazard
These Troy-Bilt and Craftsman brand chain saws are powered by a two-cycle gasoline engine ranging in size from 46cc to 55cc. They are equipped with either an 18-inch or 20-inch bar. There are four Troy-Bilt models affected: 41AY00AR966, 41AY60AR766, 41AY90AR766 and 41AY08AR966. There is one Craftsman "Incredi-Pull" model affected: a 55cc two-cycle gasoline engine with an 18-inch bar and model number 316.350840. The model number of the chain saw is located on the engine casing.

Trane Recalls Air Conditioners after Incidents of Units Smoking
The recall includes 208, 230 and 265 volt models of the Trane PTEE and PTHE Series Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTACs). They were manufactured from about March 2006 through July 2006. The date code is F06C through F06G, and is written on the unit’s Manufacturer’s Data Plate located behind the molded plastic cover above the power connection.

The jackets come in seven color combinations: black with a grey stripe along the sleeves, light blue with a black stripe along the sleeves, grey with a black stripe along the sleeves, navy blue with a gray stripe along the sleeves, yellow with a grey stripe along the sleeves and navy blue with a white stripe across the chest, and black with a white stripe across the chest. The jacket's zipper goes all the way up to create a mock turtleneck. The removable hood attaches with a zipper and has a drawstring. There is elastic at the sleeves, side pockets, and a drawstring at the waist.
