- Tricam Industries Recalls Easy Reach Step Stools Due to Fall Hazard; Sold exclusively at The Home Depot
The recalled products are Easy Reach by Gorilla Ladders 3-Step Pro Series step stools, model number HB3-PRO. The step stools have three plastic steps, a steel tubular frame and a plastic-molded tool holder. The model number is located on the underside of the middle step on a blue label. The label also states that the step stools are rated to support 225 lbs. Recalled step stools have a "J" stamped into the underside of the top step and/or the underside of the tool holder.

This recall involves the Husqvarna Grass Trimmer Model 122C with serial numbers that range from 2011 17 00001 to 2011 52 99999. “Husqvarna” and the model number are written on top of the tool. The serial number is located on a black plate on the bottom of the muffler side of the tool. The recalled Husqvarna Hedge Trimmers are Models 122HD60 and 122HD45 with serial numbers that range from 2011 17 00001 to 2011 52 99999. “Husqvarna” and the model number are written on top of the tool. The serial number is located on a black plate on the gear box, which is on the lower portion of the tool.

- Todson Recalls Bicycle Child Carrier Seats Due to Laceration and Fingertip Amputation Hazards
This recall involves Topeak Babyseat II bicycle carrier seats with model numbers TCS2100, TCS2101 and TCS2102. Model numbers are printed on the product's packaging. The gray, plastic Babyseats were sold in three styles: Babyseat, Babyseat with disc brake compatible rack and Babyseat with non-disc brake compatible rack. The racks are used to mount the seat to the bicycle. "Topeak" is embossed on the back of the seat and is also printed on a black foam protector that covers the grab bar. A red locking lever on the side of the blue grab bar locks the bar into place.

This recall involves 18 models of women’s and men’s Public Bikes. The bicycles are various colors and sizes. “Public” or “Publicbikes.com” is printed on either the bicycle chain guard or the rear fender. The bicycles have a metal “badge” at the top of the down tube with a number stamped on it. Recalled badge numbers are 1-5843, 5845, 12560, 20743 and 20757. The “Apple” model, which has no badge, is also included. The word “Wellgo” is embossed on both the top and bottom of the pedals. All bicycles with Wellgo pedals are included in this recall.

This recall involves West Elm solid wood and fully assembled folding chairs sold in white, red or chocolate. The chairs were sold individually and in sets of two and four. An unfolded chair measures 17-inches wide by 19-inches deep by 31-inches high. A sticker on the underside of the seat reads "West Elm."

The recall includes Viking 24" Professional, Designer and Custom Panel dishwashers manufactured between May and September 2010. They were sold in black, white and 24 other custom colors, stainless steel and with custom wood panels. The name "Viking" appears on the control panel at the top of the door. The model and serial number are located on the identification plate mounted on the inside on the left side of the dishwasher door opening. The first six numbers in the serial number are the manufacture date in mmddyy format, e.g., serial number 052610 was manufactured on May 26, 2010. - Specialized Bicycle Components Recalls Bike Brake Levers Due to Crash Hazard
The recalled products are Tektro TL-83 brake levers. TL-83 levers are designed exclusively for use with aerodynamic handlebars (aerobars) sold as original equipment on 2010 and 2011 S-Works Shiv bicycle frame modules and 2012 S-Works Shiv TT bicycle frame modules. They are also sold as aftermarket service parts for these modules. The levers are modified versions of the TL-720 brake lever. They are black aluminum and have a quick release slot at the top of the lever arm. Model number “TL-720” can be read on the side of the lever arm when braking action is applied.

This recall involves STOK Island and STOK Quattro gas grills. The STOK Island has a round grill base and two burners. “STOK” is written on the grill cover and a label on the bottom of the grill stand. The STOK Quattro gas grill is a rectangular, four-burner grill. “STOK” is printed on the grill’s lid. To identify whether a specific Island or Quattro grill is included in this recall, you will need to look at the grill’s regulator. The recalled grills have regulators on them with the model number “AZF” on the front and a date code between 1046 and 1143 on the back of the regulator.

This recall involves the USA V-Konstruct Training Jacket with Pockets model numbers 65110201, 65110202, 65110203, 65110204 and 65110205. The model numbers are printed on the white care label that is stitched into a side seam towards the bottom of the jacket. The model numbers appear to the right of the words "(PVC Free)" and below the words "ART.NO." The recalled jackets have a short collar, full length zipper, two pockets, a mesh panel running along the back of the shoulders and under the sleeves and an elastic cord with toggles at the waist. The PUMA logo is featured on the upper right chest and left sleeve. The jackets were sold in YS (youth small), YM (youth medium) and YL (youth large) and in color combinations red/black, green/black, blue/black, navy/gray and black/gray.

This recall involves two girls' polyfill jackets with faux-fur trim around the hoods and drawstrings at the waist. They were sold under the labels "Me Jane Kids" or "B-Hip Kids by Me Jane", and the labels bearing these names are found at the back neck of the garments. The jackets were sold in youth sizes 4- 6X and 7-16. These jackets were also labeled by sizes S, M, L. One style labeled "Me Jane Kids" is fleece with front drawstrings with toggles at the ends and sold in the following colors: green, charcoal grey and black. Other "Me Jane Kids" or "B-Hip Kids by Me Jane" brand labeled bubble jackets have drawstrings on the back, no toggles and were sold in the following colors: purple, black, pink, coffee, and cream.

The recalled all-in-one desktop computers, or PCs, are flat-panel monitors with the PC integrated into the monitor housing itself. The power supplies are also inside the monitor or PC housing. The computer chassis has a matte black finish with the brand name "ThinkCentre" in the lower left hand corner of the monitor front. The recalled desktop model numbers, M90z and M70z, along with the serial number and manufacturing date code can be found on a label on the underside of the unit.

The transducer has "Gems Sensors & Controls," as well as the 18- digit part number, printed on a label affixed to the center of the transducer. The recalled knives are spring-assisted clip knives with a black retractable 3.18" blade which can be folded into the textured black handle when the knife is not in use. The black handle has four diagonal slots on both sides. When closed, the knife measures 4.57" in length and when open, it measures 7.75". The Gerber "sword and shield" trademark appears in silver, on one side of the blade, close to the handle. The name "Gerber�" is written in silver on the knife's pocket clip. This recall involves model numbers 30-000435 and 31-001101. The different model numbers refer to the same knife sold in a box (30-000435) and in a blister pack (31-001101). The model number is printed on the original packaging underneath the barcode. It is not printed on the knife.

This recall involves Whoozit� Starry Time baby rattles. The plastic rattles feature three colored (orange, aqua blue and purple) stars stacked front to back between two clear spheres on a flexible stem. The rattle measures about 5-1/2-inches long. Each clear ball, located at the end of the rattle, measures 1-3/4 inches in diameter. The clear rattles contain small multi-colored beads and a white plastic disc featuring a blue smiling character face inside. The name of the product is printed on the hang tag.
