You have to take a separate process to change your American citizen son's name.
Q: What do I need to do if excluded driver hit my car and is the owner of the car just not the insurance policy

The first issue is whether you are dealing with an uninsured motorist. Immediately notify the insurance company that insures the vehicle you were driving and all insurance companies that insure vehicles owned by your relatives that resided in your household on the day of the wreck. Those policies may provide uninsured/underinsured ("UM") motorist insurance coverage. There are many other relevant issues that are too complex to address on this website. If you need further assistance, please...
Q: At my past job, I worked 8 hours daily. The managers refused to give any type of lunch or 10-minute break. Is that legal?

Not sure what GA law says, but federal law says that would most likely be illegal. Find a local employment law attorney and use a free consultation to go over more details in private.
Q: Friend smashed my windshield without witnesses, he had previously threatened to do so. Can I go to court for the window

You can give it a try. The disposition of this small claims court case will depend in part on the disposition of the Judge. You have a duty to prove your case but you do not have any eyewitnesses to the actual act. Good luck.
Q: Do I have to continue paying child support if child is not mine

Make sure you go to court and get whatever order is in place dismissed and show that the child is not yours. As long as there is a child support order in place, you are going to pay.

Q: In Ga Can someone on parole , that gets arrested ask to be placed in a drug rehab program? If so how?

Q: I have had my husband arrested for aggravated assault. He plead to 10 yrs probation in july 2015. Last month he threaten

You need an attorney to help you navigate this as this is very serious. No, you do not have to face him in court if you file for a protective order as you can do that without him, but you may have to face him at hearing later (see the family violence division in your county). Yes, he could be in contempt of court and he should go to jail for this. It doesn't matter whether he wants to "sign the papers" if you want a divorce, then file for one and state that the reason is domestic violence....
Q: I just went thru a divorce in January 2016 and I have some problems. My wife still has some of my possessions.

See the court order and if she is in contempt, then sue her for contempt of the court order. If the court order is silent on the issue, then take her to court for a modification and get it right the second time.
Q: Can you reopen a child support case if you took the other parent off child support

See Child Support Services. Why do people take other people "off" support and then expect it to go "on" support. Get it on and keep it on.
