Q: Is it possible to find out if a certain Case has ever been Cited on any Appeals, if so, how do you find out which Cases.

It depends upon whether the case was an appeal which will be listed in the law books. Was it an appeal? If so, it was probably put into one of the reporters and is searchable. There are ways to find whether the case has ever been cited. Get to a law library.

Q: Can a 17 year old run away with a 18 year old to Colorado

Yes, that can happen. If it does, the child will become just another missing child and the parents will worry incessantly. In addition, the 18 year old can probably be charged with some very serious crimes, the least of which would probably be contributing.

"Child" means a person under the age of eighteen (18) years. That is in (a) (i) from the 2011 statutes. But a simple internet search reveals, on google, this:The age of consent for sex is 16 years old for women, while it is 18 years old for men. Having sex with a minor below the age of consent is known as statutory rape. The age of consent law in Wyoming only specifically addresses heterosexual conduct.
This must mean that the court in Wyoming has interpreted it, that there are cases...

The worst? Sorry, but you are asking me to imagine all sorts of grisly possibilities, which I won't do. In general, collection agencies annoy you with repeated phone calls, and sometimes find a collection attorney to sue you on a contingent-fee basis. To my knowledge they seldom bother with debtors who are no longer in the U.S.

With an active warrant for your arrest, you can be arrested at any time, and in any place. That is what you should expect. What you need to do now is hire an attorney in Iowa to address that active warrant. Without doing that, you will be constantly looking over your shoulder.

Generally speaking, if you have a judgment against someone and they don't pay, then you have to take action to enforce the judgment. A collections lawyer can assist with that.

If the debts were properly listed, the creditors failed to file a proof of claim and you received your discharge, the obligation to pay the debts were discharged. However, the liens on the collateral are still there as bankruptcy discharges debts but does not avoid liens unless you take certain actions during the chapter 13 case to have the lien avoided or set aside.
Once the discharge was granted, the debts should then be listed on your credit reports as included in bankruptcy with a...
