TRAINING: Early morning run - three miles, shadow box, daytime strength and conditioning or wrestling and evening sparring.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I have been training for fighting my entire life, first as a way of self-defense then five years ago as a career path.
What ranks and titles have you held? Fight Nights Welterweight Champion
Do you have any heroes? My father and my family, they are a big part of my life. Fedor Emelianenko.
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s a dream come true. I want to be UFC Champion; this is the ultimate honor in our sport.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Bachelor Degree KBR, University of Russia, Moscow
