• For DirecTV customers, as long as you are paid in full for the event, you can test your signal starting at noon ET the day of the event (Ch. 123 for HD / Ch. 124 standard). If you have a blue box on the screen with ordering information, that means you are not activated and you need to call Joe Hand Promotions (1-800-557-4263) to check the status of your account. Footage on the screen WITHOUT the blue information box means you are active and ready for the event.
  
• For Dish Network customers, you can check the “confirmation channels” for the event on Ch. 474 HD and Ch. 473 SD where you will see a note stating that your order is confirmed. The event channels are 455 for HD and 456 for SD.
  
• For cable customers, you need to verify with your cable company for confirmation and channel information since cable systems across the country vary in their testing and delivery methods.

• You can check your broadcast signal as early as noon on the day of your UFC event.

UFC pay-per-view shows start at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT and run for approximately two to three hours.

• Credit Card: Contact your sales representative at 1-800-557-4263 or download a payment authorization form found on our JHP website. Once filled out, fax the form to JHP at 1-866-376-8117.
• Electronic Business Check: Two options after you make your check payable to Joe Hand Promotions, Inc.
• 1. Fax a copy to 1-866-376-8117
  2. Email a copy to [email protected]. Once your check is received, it will be reproduced and deposited upon receipt. There is no need to send your check through the U.S. mail once it is being processed electronically.
• Photo Check: Take a photo of your business check or scan it and email it as an attachment.

Normally, events start at 9 p.m. ET.

Usually, rates are based on your Fire Occupancy Certificate.

Residential pricing is only valid for private household accounts. Commercial businesses or other public viewing locations are subject to a licensing fee that must be purchased through Joe Hand Promotions. Pricing is based on your fire occupancy certificate and will also depend on whether you get the signal on cable or satellite.

Usually, yes. Once the event is ordered, a promotional package will be sent to your location via UPS.  Also, the digital event artwork can be retrieved from by emailing [email protected] and asking for a login and password for the event you need. You can find links to the current style guides and posters on the Broadcast an Event part of this website. 

Once your location is paid for the upcoming UFC fight, your location will be posted on the UFC website at http://bars.ufc.com/ and the Joe Hand Promotion website http://www.joehandpromotions.com/venue-search/ as a location showing the upcoming event. 

Yes. Once your location is paid for a special pay-per-view event, it will be listed on Joe Hand Promotions' bar locator website.

The sooner the better since it gives you more time to promote the event, plus extra time publicizing your establishment on authorized bar locator sites found on the UFC’s and Joe Hand Promotions’ websites.

Still, you can order an event the day of the fight and even up to 10 minutes after the fights have started. JHP keeps its office staffed on the day of the event to take last-minute orders.
