Usually, yes. Once the event is ordered, a promotional package will be sent to your location via UPS. Also, the digital event artwork can be retrieved from by emailing [email protected] and asking for a login and password for the event you need. Once your location is paid for the upcoming UFC fight, your location will be posted on the UFC website at http://bars.ufc.com/ and the Joe Hand Promotion website http://www.joehandpromotions.com/venue-search/ as a location showing the upcoming event.
Yes. Once your location is paid for a special pay-per-view event, it will be listed on Joe Hand Promotions' bar locator website.
The sooner the better since it gives you more time to promote the event, plus extra time publicizing your establishment on authorized bar locator sites found on the UFC’s and Joe Hand Promotions’ websites.
Still, you can order an event the day of the fight and even up to 10 minutes after the fights have started. JHP keeps its office staffed on the day of the event to take last-minute orders.
