This alert is only for consumers who purchased Item Number 40491 (the item number is located on the side of the packaging below the logo), an eight pack of Fern Warm Comforts tea light candles, after October 26, 2004. The tea light candles are green and come in a plastic holder. Candles purchased prior to October 26, 2004 are not affected by this alert.

Kerosene/Propane/Wood Heaters
- DESA Heating Products and Scheu Manufacturing Co. Recall of Propane Heaters
DESA and Scheu portable propane infrared (tank top) heaters with the following model names and number are involved in this recall: All-Pro (SPC-15R & SPC-30R), Reddy Heater (HD15A & HD30A) and MASTER (TT15A & TT30A). Reddy, ALL-PRO and Master Heaters imported by DESA have serial numbers between 016,000,000 and 016,159,999. All-Pro heaters imported by Scheu have serial numbers beginning with a "C" or "D" prefix. The model and serial numbers are on the carton and on the heater. The designation "Made in China" is on the carton and warning label attached to the heater. This recall involves only heaters made in China with the serial numbers listed above and does not include those made in Mexico or in China with different serial numbers. The heaters made in Mexico have the same or similar model numbers, but show "Made in Mexico" on the carton and warning label and use the prefix "M" in the serial number. There have been no problems with the Mexican heaters and they are not to be returned.

The recalled director's chair is a folding chair with a solid natural-colored wood frame. They have cotton duck fabric seats and backs in navy, red, green and natural colors. The seats are padded and unpadded, and replacement padded seats were sold separately. The director's chair measures 34-inches-high, 24-inches-wide and 19-inches-deep with an 18-inch seat height. The replacement padded seats are navy red, green and natural canvas. The recalled director's chair includes models XS78 and VU67and the recalled replacement seat includes model XS79, which can be found on the label underneath the seat.

The recalled pacifier necklace consists of a 28-inch multicolored cord with a 3-inch plastic pacifier that comes in assorted colors. A hole at the tip of the nipple is used as a blow hole for the whistle. The pacifier handle operates as the on-off button for the flashing light on both pacifiers. "Flashing Pacifier" or "2-in-1 Flashing Pacifier with Whistle Necklace" is printed on the packaging of the pacifiers.

The karaoke player is sold with two cassette tapes with children’s songs, a multifunctional microphone and lyric sheets.

The 2001 to 2004 model year ATVs have “660R” written on both sides of the bodywork and “Raptor” written on both sides of the rear fender. The 2001 and 2002 ATVs are either blue and white or black and white; the 2003 ATVs are either blue and white, black and red, or black with blue flame graphics; and the 2004 ATVs are either blue and white or red and white.

The ATVs are either hunter green, steel blue, or Realtree Hardwoods� High Definition Camouflage. These 2005 model year off-road motorcycles have either “PW80” or “TT-R90” written on both sides of the bodywork. The off-road motorcycles are blue and white.

The recalled fishing poles are brightly colored and feature pictures of the following cartoon characters on the reels: from Nickelodeon's SpongeBob Squarepants� are SpongeBob, Patrick Star and Sandy Cheeks; Nick Jr.'s Dora the Explorer�; Disney's Tigger; and the cast of Nickelodeon's Rocket Power�. "ZEBCO�" and "Floating Catch ‘Em Kit™" are written on the handles of these poles with the exception of the Rocket Power poles. The Rocket Power poles have a two-piece rod, were sold with sunglasses and "Rocket Power" is written on the rod. Newer fishing poles with a date code on the rod (near the handle) are not included in the recall. Sold at: Discount department, sporting good and toy stores nationwide from August 2001 through March 2005 for between $9 and $13.

The recalled overalls are pink corduroy with decorative snap fasteners at the waist and shoulder straps. The light pink overalls (style 435-092) have a floral embroidery design on the chest. The dark pink overalls (style 435-646) have a single patch pocket on the chest. "Carter's" is printed on a tag sewn into the back of the garment.

These scented, flowerpot-shaped candles are about 2.5-inches high and have a sand coating. They were sold in two different four-piece sets. One set containing three candles of different shades of green and one ivory candle with code number KMS8428 and UPC number 7 50197 88428 9. The other set contains a blue, white, orange and cream colored candle with code number KMS8427 and UPC number 7 50197 88427 2. The code numbers and UPC can be found in the white box on the bottom of the packaging. Other writing on the packaging includes, "MARTH STEWART everyday" and "sunny meadow."

The recall includes one type of pacifier (Light-up Pacifiers) and two types of toys (New Style Pianos and High Toys Choochoo Toy Trains). The Light-up Pacifier is a plastic pacifier, which also acts as a whistle. When a button on the pacifier's handle is pushed, the pacifier lights up with flashing LED lights. The New Style Piano is a battery operated musical piano, which measures about 6 inches across and comes in orange and blue colors. The High Toys Choochoo Toy Train is a battery operated train that measures about 8 inches across and 5 inches high. The main body of the train is light blue with red wheels, with tiny foam balls contained inside its pink smokestack.

The Prima chair is a child's molded plastic chair made up of two plastic parts: the chair's seat and the base, which includes the chair legs. The Prima chair is sold in several seat heights – measuring between 8 and 13 inches from the top of the seat to the floor. The seat portion is 10.5 inches by 10 inches. The Prima chair comes in red, yellow, blue, green, teal, berry and purple with either black or same colored legs as the seat or navy seat with black legs. The model number does not appear on the chair. The Prima chair can be identified on the company's web site under Early Learning, model number 7101.

Dual Unit Valve, model numbers 8, 8 TU, F-8 and F-8TU, Bell & Gossett part numbers: 110199, 110200, 110201, and 110202 with a manufacturing date code of E30 (May 2003) through M40 (December 2004). This includes the following specific date codes –E30, F30, G30, H30, J30, K30, L30, M30, A40, B40, C40, D40, E40, F40, J40, K40, L40, and M40. This recall applies strictly to product that has not been installed. Units already installed are not affected since the potential leak would appear at time of installation. The valves are used in residential heating systems, for filling hot water boilers and related piping systems after boiler installation or system servicing.

The rating plate can be accessed by removing the lower grille on the fireplace. This recall also includes Gem 36 fireplaces that recently received a replacement burner assembly.

They were sold in red, blue, yellow and green colors either individually or as part of a set consisting of a table and four chairs. Each chair is about 22-inches high, 10-inches wide, and about 11-inches deep. "IMPORTED BY: ATICO INTERNATIONAL USA, INC." is written on a label located underneath the seat of some of the chairs.

The recall includes Suzuki 2005 model year Eiger and Vinson ATVs. Only Model LT-A400FK5 ATVs with ending VIN from 57104462 through 57105157, Model LT-F400FK5 ATVs with ending VIN from 57103131 through 57103730, and Model LT-A500FK5 ATVs with ending VIN from 57105616 through 57106276 are included in the recall. (Note: not all VINs within the above ranges are affected.) The VIN is stamped on the ATV frame and can be seen by looking between the left rear tire and fender.
