Delaware Questions & Answers
Q: I had a slip n fall 4/2015 in my apt...i notified the mgt prior to my injury, but the mgt fixed afterwards(uneven floor)

I would not characterize your case or potential case as a slam dunk case even if you have surgery. Trip and fall cases and slip and fall cases can be quite challenging. These are among the most heavily contested types of cases that are handled by personal injury attorneys. It is good to hear that you have an attorney in place. I trust that your attorney has advised you of the strengths and weaknesses in the case. Good luck.
Q: My neighbor fell and fractured her pelvis because my dog jumped up on her. I've offered to pay her medical bills.

Unless you get a release from her when you pay, yes she can. You are better off turning this over to your homeowner's or renter's insurance company to handle so they can pay the bills and make sure you are released from further responsibility after they pay her.
Q: My son's car was hit by another party now their insurance closed the claim. can i sue them if there was no police report

Whether there was a police report doesn't affect whether you can file a lawsuit. Talk to a local lawyer.
Please Take Notice: I am not your lawyer unless we enter into an engagement agreement in writing. This is only general information. It is NOT legal advice, and it may not work for your specific situation. It is impossible to evaluate a legal problem without a comprehensive consultation and review of all the relevant facts and documents. I strongly encourage you to consult with a...
Q: I studied English for 6 months. can I take vacation and stay in USA for 2 months then come back to study?F1 visa

Your intent must match the visa that you apply for; many clients file for B visas and are denied. I advise you to retain counsel.
Q: Need help regarding my F2 to H4 visa..!!

1. Why are you not asking your lawyer all these questions?
2. Once your husband's h1b got approved your f2 is no longer valid so you were out of status after the day your husband's h1b got approved.
3. Your lawyer's mistake will not be accounted for, you should apply for change of status before you go out of status, after all it is called "Change" meaning switching from one status to another. You were out of status since f2 so you might have some problems. Talk to a better...

Q: How long do you legally have to wait in Ohio to resell a home you purchased to flip?

If you are in the business of buying homes and selling them, then you should be willing to have a full discussion with an attorney in Ohio about what you are asking. There should not be a time limit on this, in my opinion.
Q: Can someone be indicted without ever being formally charged

You have a very confusing question here. Arrested and never arrested?
Q: I'm a newly employed Delaware corrections officer. my husband is scheduled to be paroled from NJ. Will they release him
Q: In Delaware is there a certain amount of time the constable has once the notice is posted to come and change the locks
Q: Can I appeal a judgement if I didn't show up due to a car accident

No, but a motion to set it aside might be granted under these circumstances.
Q: If a wife informs her husband that she will no longer have sex with him, is it grounds for divorce?

No, but actually he doesn't need grounds. All he needs to allege is irreconcilable differences between him and his wife, and he can get divorced.
Q: My daughter got locked up last night and she is only 14 for disorderly conduct with no warning is that legal

When someone commits a crime, they are locked up. In order to fully answer your question, an attorney needs to know all of the facts, which include much more than you have written.

Q: Registering business in Delaware or Nevada or any other state which is better than the above two mentioned.

It depends what your goals are. The franchise taxes in DE can be expensive. WY may be an option to consider as well. A business lawyer can advise based on your specific circumstances.
