Idaho Questions & Answers
Q: Is it possible for my mom to get her green card with my help if she is living in the U.S. at the time that I help her?

There are questions and answers similar to your situation on our website at http://aba-us.com/other-services/?lang=en. You can take a look for general information. Good luck.
Q: What does Idaho law state about neighbors, who do not stay on their own property?

The neighbor should pay for the damage. You could probably sue in small claims court if you have enough proof.
Q: Am I legally allowed to lock the door to my room if I pay my parents rent to live there(age=20)

You are a tenant-at-will (also known as a month-to-month tenant). Because you don't have a lease, your mother (as landlord) doesn't have to provide a lock on your door and normally you would need the landlord's permission to install one. If you do so anyway, she can evict you.
Note that the landlord-tenant acts in the several states are generally written with renting exclusive occupancy rights in mind. Room and board, or living in a bedroom which is a part of a larger residential...

Q: A person lied under oath and I have legal documents to prove it. Can their testimony be thrown out/and/or a new trial?

The time to challenge the testimony through rigorous cross examination by a seasoned attorney has come and gone.
Q: Can a CA penal code 12020 from 1980 be expunged from my record?

It is a mistake to think that you can get a complete answer on an internet forum like this, and any response you get is given with the provision that you will go see a local attorney for advice. Do that, find out if anything can be done at all about this.
Q: Can the constitution ever be changed, why or why not?

Yes, the constitution can be changed. Why? Because amendments change it and there have been many so far. There are of course plenty more answers to this question.
Q: Am i in possession of drug contraband found during a warrant search of my home if i wasnt in home when search was done?

You hire a private attorney for the specifically tailored legal advice and representation that you need.
Q: Do I need to file a 3 day notice for eviction of incarcerated person with drug involvement?

This is a real estate question, not products liability. You may want to re-post.

Q: How long is a search warrant good for

Here is the statute, I think:
TITLE 19
CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
CHAPTER 44
SEARCH WARRANTS
19-4412. Time for executing warrant. A search warrant must be executed and returned to the magistrate who issued it, within fourteen (14) days after its date; after the expiration of this time the warrant, unless executed, is void.
History:
[(19-4412) Cr. Prac. 1864, sec. 640, p. 292; R.S., R.C., & C.L., sec. 8401; C.S., sec. 9330; I.C.A., sec. 19-4512;...
Q: Article II Section I includes clause 'or a citizen of the United States;' what does this clause mean? Why is it there?

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
How is it not interpreted to mean what? The question is confusing. How about this one. None of the recent presidents, and for hundreds of years...
Q: Car wreck

A lawyer should be able to get a copy of the report.

In the court file. Also, if it was criminal case, all police departments have access to a database which will show that information.
Q: If I don't know whether I should file or not. Is there a place where I can get free counseling or free help?

Before you file for bankruptcy, you must complete credit counseling. The purpose of this requirement is to help you determine whether or not there are other viable options for you. You can find a list of approved agencies here: http://www.justice.gov/ust/list-credit-counseling-agencies-approved-pursuant-11-usc-111
Many offer services for a nominal fee, and in some cases fee waivers are available.
In addition, many consumer bankruptcy attorneys offer a free initial consultation....
Q: Do I need to file for divorse in the state it was issued or the state I live in.

Go see a local family attorney about this. The attorney will determine where it needs to be filed. Usually, that is where the people last resided together, not the state they were married in.
