It would put the child safety at risk, emotional and mental issues. Have all documents stating all and the non custodial abandoned the child 2 yrs ago and none of the proof ever made it to court. You need to speak with an attorney about your options. It is not as easy as getting medical records and bringing them to court. They must be certified in the correct way. Q: How do I get the wrong father off my sons birth certificate and change my sons last name?

I have DNA Results that proves the father that is named on my sons birth certificate is not his father and I want to change my sons name to mine and remove the named and possibly place is actual father.

Q: Can I get spousal support after two years of separation. We were not legally separated plus he had an affair.

I went to court and got my divorce but the judge did not mention spousal support. I did a motion to reset. Can I get spousal support? We had been married 5 years. Upon leaving he never supported me now I am struggling to pay my bills.
