Q: Our restaurant has been forced to close our doors due to the covid19 and it is destroying us.

Do we have grounds in anyway to make this stop for us. We are about to loose everything.

If he wasn’t awarded the dog in the divorce action, he doesn’t get the dog. End of story. You’ve had custody for two years and paid for everything. If he wanted the dog, he should have said so before the divorce. He’s out of luck unless you surrender the dog, regardless of what he says now.

Because there’s a court order prohibiting you from doing so. You need to go back to court and ask that the Home restriction Be removed bc she moved out.

You can sue for the value of the dogs you lost. The “contract” between you and dad is unenforceable, but you can’t get emotional damages from a breach of contract.

Q: Live in Trigg, neighbors, have 6 dogs, pig that roam.

You are either joint tenants in common or joint tenants with rights of survivorship, depending on the deed. You both still own it together in some fashion.

Most likely through your child support office as a credit against his arrearages. I would expect distribution probably by June or July.
