You can hire an attorney to hold him. In contempt for both child support and the visitation.

Q: Husband and I have not lived together in over 2ys, we are still legally married, no divorce or no type of separation

No separation agreement and i found out he is in a physical relationship with another woman for the past 3yrs & she lives with him. Is this grounds for adultry and is his rental home considered mine also since Louisiana is community property & he rented this home while still married?

Yes, his living with another woman is adultery and grounds for immediate divorce. It sounds like he has lived in the rental home for 3 years. I haven't got to register the truck because the whole virus thing. Did they have the right to do that

The registration could be in the lien holder's name. In other words, you buy the truck from a dealer with a loan to Chevy Motor Credit. For instance, if the kids live with you, and the other parent has alternate weekend visitation, then the other parent has to pick them up from your house and you have to pick them up from the other parents house.

Yep, that will do it. Go get weekly monitored drug tests and proof u have a restraining order against BF. Then hire a custody lswyer.

No a TRO is not appropriate. If you don't already have a custody judgment, hire an attorney to get one. If you already have one, hire an attorney to file contempt.

If he is denying you custody & visitation, hire an attorney to seek a judgment and schedule.

When I took him to court 2 years ago, he actually wanted me to go through the state for child support payments, which I did.
