Q: My company makes games for its benefit. Others buy/download our games. Would we use a trade or servicemark for our brand

Unsure if I should use Class 09 or Class 42 for my company's brand name. Is making the video games I want to make, but then selling and/or offering them to be played by others considered a service for others?

No. The stimulus check should not be part of your bankruptcy estate as it is not income so if you otherwise qualify, you should get the check.

Q: I have a situation with a union that requires me to fly out to another State to their medical facility for a physical.

If I don’t the Union will not “clear” me to work. Amid the Covid-19 outbreak I have asked if the Union has designated “local” areas in my Home State where we can complete annual physicals while reducing the risk of spreading or contracting COVID-19. Their answer was no, and that there... Read more »
