The amounts he owes you, whatever they are, is a domestic support obligation and not dischargeable in bankruptcy. However, you should hire an attorney and file a proof of claim for the actual amount he owes, not the amount he claims he owes. That will help you get your money faster.
How many days after receiving this unlawful detainer do I as defendent have to reply? In Utah.
What's the next step after I send my reply in to court ??
When do I have to move out?

As you have several questions and unlawful detainer is unique, I recommend talking to an attorney. If you can't afford an attorney there is an organization in Utah that will represent you for free and give you plenty of information:

I am sorry to hear that you are going through this process. You may want to consider calling the police. Unless they have established guardianship over your daughter, they have no legal rights to keep her from you. If that is not successful, consider doing a consultation with an attorney who can... I just need to know how I go about getting the house transferred in to my name

If the property is still in the decedent's name, you will need to open a probate and get an order from a judge awarding you the property. This order will get recorded with the county recorder to put the home in your name.
also would a interest on property file filed with the court be enough for the house to not be able to be sold.. while i get council and find best lawyer to get started with probate or whats the next step? or 1st step. remember his bank accounts and proeprty is being sold by my younger sibling as... You need to hire a probate attorney to help you probate your father's estate. you most likely are entitled to a share of the estate under the laws of intestate succession bu the exact percentage depends on other facts.
My family are in California, but I am in Utah

Yes, unless you have sufficient exemptions left to protect it.

It depends on what you are looking to do.
In essence, you should not have any issues unless you are violating a law or ordinance
Not enough information to make an assessment
consult with an attorney and schedule an appointment

No.
As I understand it, (but could be wrong), in Utah, a father in divorce proceedings has automatic, and enforceable (though minimal) visitation rights, without having to go to court and ask for them, based on the idea that marriage is cause to assume paternity. If he wants more than the minimum, he... Read more »

The answer to your question is a little more complicated than a simple yes or no. Do you have parental rights before going to court? Yes, you absolutely do based upon the voluntary declaration of paternity. Does that mean you have visitation (Utah calls this parent-time) rights? Yes and no. You... Read more »

Most likely, yes, unless there was some sort of fraud or dishonesty involved.
My boyfriend wanted to help me invest my portfolio. I gave him access but with stipulations that we were to talk about each position and I would okay them.
