Q: I was hit by a military cop and need to file a tort claim for damages to my vehicle. Who do i file the claim with in wa?

Q: How can I afford a lawyer on low income?

I've been having a huge amount of difficulty finding any lawyer willing to accept a payment plan that isn't paid out thousands of dollars at a time. I've been looking into loan programs, but I have a sub 600 score. Are there any financial assistance programs for defendants in criminal cases?

There aren't specifically financial assistance programs for criminal defendants, largely because public defenders are available for indigent defendants.

If you don't qualify for that, then maybe it's just a matter of talking to multiple attorneys until you find one that you have confidence...

This is a very common question. Unfortunately, there is no good answer to it.

You really need to come up with the money to have a patent attorney prepare and file a patent application.

You should consult with a CPA or a licensed tax accountant to assist you in amending your tax return. Hopefully, the amendment can put you in position for a stimulus check.

Q: I had a slip and fall accident, had surgery, had stitches removed...2 weeks later, found stitches STILL in leg.

Can I file suit on something like that? They didn't prescribe any kind of antibiotics...they failed to set me up with a physical therapist...foot on injured leg is turning blue and numb when not elevated...

You can wait for the USCIS receipts to be issued and then forward an amended version with the correct signatures of the FORM I-130 that was electronically filed.

Q: My husband has taken draws from a company that he is part owner in for two years and hasn’t claimed as income on taxes.

If you have or will file any joint tax returns with him you are both separately and jointly liable for any taxes due whether they are due when the return is filed or as the result of an audit. Q: I need an expert opinion. Do I have a good claim against the Purdue pharmaceutical bankruptcy.

Washington State, Snohomish County. Prescribed oxycodones for pain in my feet from 1997 till 1999. Became addicted to opiates been in and out of treatment, have multiple felony drug cases which I've done prison time for. Also had a child born with neonatal abstinence syndrome.
