Q: In NYC, if 2 tenants are on a lease, are those tenants permitted to take in a third occupant (non-family) as a roommate?

The lease does not prohibit it and there is sufficient space. The NY laws are just confusing.

pretty much the logo from an 80's movie, lets say it was ghostbusters logo , on a tee shirt . Im putting the order in and my friends are giving me the money for what the tee shirt cost. not making money off it .

A burglary conviction can be expunged if you are otherwise eligible (6 years since completion of sentence), no more than 2 disorderly persons offenses and no other felony convictions.

Does the first case has anything to to again or do I have to file a case to cancel the first one

You need to dismiss the first case and you and your wife file a new case. Pursuant to your new application/petition you will need to file documentation to support the legitimacy of the first marriage as well as the second.
