Q: can i runaway at 16 in illinois? if not what other ways can i leave my house without consent??

I am not in immediate physical danger but my home is mentally unhealthy and unstable.

No dice. Unless you have enough on your parents to make a police report and take the risk of going into foster care, you are stuck with your parents. Sometimes parents will agree to let a child stay with an aunt or grandparents, etc. If you run away, anyone who hides you is committing a felony.

You could try asking your local Legal Aid office if they can assist you or if they have a list. Possibly, the local county Bar Association could help point you in the right direction. If you have to represent yourself, the court should have a help desk that offers assistance with completing forms.

Q: The Law of Nations states that a `Natural Born Citizen' is one born in the country of Parents who are Citizens.

Our Founding Fathers understood this when they wrote the Constitution.

Why is this not enforced today?

Q: In Ca, a construction company damaged my refrigerator. Do I have to store the broken refrigerator? if so for how long?

They are saying they do not have to replace the refrigerator so I will need to go to small claims. Do I need to keep the refrigerator that is broken? I do not have a place to store it do I need to rent a storage unit? if so can that be included in the lawsuit? Ideally I would like to get rid of it... Read more »

IMO the short answer for you is NO, you don't have to store the fridge, BUT!!! If you are disposing of it and you intend to file suit, you need to give at least 30 days written notice, certified mail, RRR, that you are disposing of the fridge to any defendant, or you could be accused of... None, you would have to apply to the Court for a Writ of Mandamus. It has to be specially written.
