Q: I have 2 daughters with my wife and 1 baby with a woman I had an affair with. She wants child support,Will it decrease

Will she get less money on child support because I have other children? Will it help low the cost?

The judge is not legally required to consider the other children, unless there is a court order of support for them. The judge may consider the fact that you have other children in your household to deviate from the child support guidelines, but he/she is not required to.

Q: If I am 18 before I graduate can I move out and if not if I were to get married then could I legally move out?

My mom is very mentally abusive and and I tried to move out but she called the cops and they said I couldn’t move out till I graduate and me and my boyfriend have been talking about marriage and I was wondering if I could move In with him legally if we get married

If you are 18 you legally can move out, and law enforcement cannot stop you.

He Ex is saying that is kidnapping.

Q: What happens if someone is arrested again for D.A. after bonding out on a Gwens bond?

My child’s father was arrested and held until having a Gwens hearing he was recently arrested again for D.A. with strangulation. I’m just curious if he will have another bond hearing or they will just hold him with no bond.

Q: If putting up personal signs made around town, what can we do if stolen?

Every time we put signs out certain people are stealing them and burning them.

Q: My roommate has physically harmed me, and she works for the apartment complex. The complex will not terminate my lease.

Carjacking carries between 2 and 20 years. Kidnapping varies greatly depending on several including whether the victim is injured or whether she was held for ransom.

Your attorney can draft a Consent Judgment as to the parenting plan and an Affidavit as to the relocation.
