Q: Can a defendant be held in contempt if the plaintiff and defendant exchange their child during arranged custody times?

The PFA allows contact when it pertains to the child.

So what happens next since everything is still in both their names what does that mean for his children

If I understand you correctly, your step mom did not probate the will because everything was held jointly. If this is the case then all assets are now hers by operation of law. Q: Earlier this year I received a ticket claiming I passed a bus with its red lights blinking. Is there a way to fight this

I was behind the bus but passed it before it started to slow down or put on it’s lights.
