Her children I am raising them as well. Now the mother of the 20month old wants to terminate our temporary guardianship. We havent heard from the baby's mother in over 8 months we go to court in January what chances done have keeping him

Typically a temporary guardianship can be revocable at anytime by a biological parent. If you would like to retain custody, you should speak with a lawyer to discuss other options available to you in Juvenile or Superior court.

I also buy my own clothes, hygiene needs, and food. Basically what I’m saying is I know how to take... Read more »

Highly unlikely that your aunt would get in trouble if you went to stay with her. What would potentially happen is that law enforcement personal could come to her house and direct you to return to your Mom's residence. As long as you did so, it is hard to imagine any sort of negative... Read more »

The Sheriff will not make a 17 year old go home.

Tes if your daughter is under 17. Additionally, you need to talk to your daughter about something called revenge porn
The legal consent age is different over these, so I’m wondering if I could be in trouble while being in u.s. territory.

Certainly, if you have sex with her when you're here; you can be charged under the laws of whichever U.S. state you are in.

A North Carolina attorney could answer best but your question remains open for two weeks. One reason is to help prepare for discharge from the Department of Corrections. Good luck

I live in Indiana, the device was taken from a minor and is used to ensure safety by making sure she can remain in contact with a parent when playing with a group of friends a short distance from home at a playground, about half a block away from home. I had my parental rights terminated on 08/05/2020 . I feel like i got manipulated and played due to my diminished mental capacity.

Usually, a party has 30 days to appeal a final judgment of any trial court. Since your trial court ruling was on August 5, I would think that your appeal period has passed. BUT check your local appellate rules!
My grandmother got custody of me when I was 7 months and (I'm 16 now). I've lived with my mom for the past three years and she always tells me I'm not going anywhere and that I can't go back and live with my grandma. I don't like being with my mom. I always hide my feelings... Read more »

If your grandmother has full legal custody of you then she can take action to have you go live with her. Have her consult with an attorney or call the police.
She had made several reports and no help, the police claim they can't step in. What can she do.

The best course of action is therapy or counseling. There are certainly grounds for getting the police or the courts involved if the boy hit his mother intentionally, and certainly when the result was a broken nose. But criminal sanctions may possibly result in the boy being removed from the home... Read more »

Depends on who filed the charges, if filed by the police it generally doesn't matter what the victim wants.
I am 16
What may be the outcome? If I am charged.
The company said if I pay back the money that will be the end. It was a civil demand letter to be exact. They said they will not press charges or get the cops involved but I just want to know what can happen.

If they keep their word and don't file charges nothing will happen to you.
