Q: If I am using the words spark joy in a sentence, as in "Want to spark a feeling of joy" is that permitted?

This is for my balloon company. Thank you for your help.

Unless you are using whole parts of a phrase that is registered or owned by somebody else, I do not see an issue.

YOU MUST consult with an attorney to evaluate your plans and assess your risks.

THIS IS NOT LEGAL advice.

Q: How can I get my boyfriend to move out of my house?

He has been living in my house for about 4 and a half years. He has regularly contributed to household expenses. He is verbally abusive, and on one occasion was physical with me. I told him it is over and I want him to leave. I didn't say he had to leave right away. I don't want to... Read more »

You should not sell any products that infringe on valid US patents. Figuring out whether or not the product you want to sell infringes on a given patent is sometimes a tricky thing to figure out.

Though I haven't read the patent you're referring to, I think it unlikely that it...

Joseph Jaap
Joseph Jaap answered on Dec 21, 2020

Talk to the husband and the morgue. If that doesn't solve it, use the Find a Lawyer tab to retain a local probate attorney who can advise you about filing to be executor of her estate and then taking action as executor.

Q: 2 domestic incidents within 3 months of each other, am i looking at prison time? The anger is from my drug addiction.

I wasn’t arrested either time because I fled. My kids were at home both times. I have a drug problem that needs addressed, that’s the reason all this has happened, because of my drug addiction. I know the first charge domestic a & b with strangulation is NOT good. Now add a second incident... Read more »

Anyone that tells you anything different than what you have surmised is simply speculating. Strangulation carries a minimum of one year and up to three years in prison. Lots of those cases actually get dismissed, particularly if the victim doesn’t want to send daddy/ boyfriend to prison. However,... Read more »
