Brothers contract is not valid. Whether only your signature is required depends upon the terms of the will and how the property was titled. If the property was left to the three of you, a sale requires all three signatures.

This is an impossible question to answer in short form. Where was it trademarked? What is trademarked in more than one jurisdiction? Who and what was done to cancel the mark, if anything.

If Probate hasn't been started, YOU can start it. File a Petition to be Appointed, then you can send a letter to step dad demanding that he return property he sold or pay the value of property he sold back to the "estate"

Yes. What you are alleging is "malfeasance" and subjects the PR to removal. Make sure and get your ducks in a row before asking a judge to remove a PR.
