Q: A dog was being watched he then gave my dog to someone else who won't return it what do I do

I was told he was going to allow just for a day since his dog and my dog were not getting along I called he hung up on me after I said bring him back now he is with another person who says he is keeping him because his dog recently just died and he likes him this is insane its my dog

Call the police. Consult with a Nevada lawyer. Small Claims might be an option if Nevada allows for an Order to return property and not just a money judgment, although you might be entitled to both.

Q: Office said she could’ve hit him if he wasn’t in his car

The officer had just finished giving someone a ticket and she said she saw him turn his lights off. But didn’t move to the other lane. He pulled her over and gave her a ticket.

Everyone is required to preferably move to the left if possible or at least slow down considerably when passing a stopped officer or other emergency vehicle. My daughter was in her way to visit a friend in Raleigh. She wasn’t speeding and saw an officer in the side of the road turning his light off after stopping someone else. Q: As a victim of hit and run j with great bodily harm, shouldn't I recieve summons or subpoena to give my story to courts?

The driver reported over phone 2 days later. Now she's trying to go no jury,no contest to a traffic citatipn, slap on wrist. I'm in a wheelchair now unable to walk.

You can sue her in civil court. Our firm is currently representing someone in a hit and run case in Albuquerque.
