I have a dvo on my ex from like 2 years ago but we just recently decided to put it all behind us cause we was both young. What steps do I need to do to drop it? (In ky)

File a motion to amend the dvo in the clerks office. They will give you a zoom or Skype hearing date t which you can ask the judge to set aside and dismiss the dvo.
They took four hundred eighty bucks ovrrdrew my acct.

Not without authorization, no.
Got unemployment and we all got medical card. However she by law had to put them on her insurance as well. She had other kids on it that were not mine already. Am I liable for part of her premium? If so how is it calculated? Now I'm self employed grossing 25,000. Will they go by that gross or... Read more »

The premium is included in the child support calculation. They will figure your support of your schedule c taxable adjusted gross income, which will be $25,000 minus all legitimate business deductions. If one child is with her snd one with you, these will offset, making your support payment much... Read more »

They should base it on what you’re earning now rather that would years go.

What is your question?
I went to court about a year ago for the no insurance and expired tags. And was given 12 months that i was required to maintain insurance, which i have. But I never got ahold of the insurance monitoring place and paid the 300 i was supposed to pay them and havent paid court cost. I have been... Read more »

Probably not as long as you appear Friday snd make arrangements to make some payments, everything should be fine.
The grandmother of his girlfriend was ok with there relationships but now is freaking out and I'm just trying to look out for my little brother and don't want to see him go to jail

Yes. When they get mad at him, he could be charged with Unlawful Transaction with a Minor. He should be VERY careful.
My daughter has been living with me for the past year. Her father is the primary custodian and I am still paying him child support. Can I make him pay me back the money I have paid since the child hasn't been there for him to support. She is 17

Depends on your judge. You should have made a motion to terminate it when she moved in with you but you may still be able to recoup some or all of it.

Speeding in s school zone is a mandatory court appearance and not prepayable.
I'm having problems at home and trying to get away but I don't have any other family to live with and I spoke with a social worker and she said only way to live with a friend is if my parent/ legal guardian would let me otherwise court won't allow it

You can always try for emancipation on your own but it is unlikely the court will allow it.
My nearly 40 yr old daughter and her family moved in when they were evicted, and it was supposed to be temp. They do not pay rent and have totally trashed our house. We need them out of here as the stress is unbearable. Her husband smirked at us and said we couldnt evict them due to covid. Surely... Read more »

Covid protections for evictions have expired. You can evict them now most anywhere in Kentucky. Simply go to your district court snd file a petition to evict. Also, if you ever catch them all gone from your home at the same time, simply set their belongings on the curb, change the locks and you... Read more »

Yes. But One would have to seen the contract for sale and closing documents to properly and thoroughly answer your question. However, you do have recourse.

See previous answer.

Yes. You should provide the I’d to the officer when requested but that is all you have to do or say.

Same as any other father. Ask for the test, pay for it and if he’s yours, begin parenting.
My step father passed away and his will simply says to split his assets between my mother and his 2 daughters. When he and my mother completed their wills, they believed her name was on the deed to the home and ownership would fall to her. This was based on a conversation they had with their... Read more »

She owns 1/2 of the realty by virtue of the marriage regardless of what the will says under the statutes. Idk if that helps much, but she would only have to purchase 1/4 from each stepdaughter rather than 1/3. One would have to see snd analyze the other assets and debt to see where she might be... Grandmother wanted to give me home before she had a stroke and had to go to nursing home. Can she still sell me the house from the nursing home? I keep telling her I don't want to get into legal trouble. I am her power of attorney we are paying for her care out of pocket so medicaid is not... Read more »

Yes, presuming she is in her right mind and still wanting to transfer the house to you. I would NOT use the power of attorney to sign for her if she is of sound mind and can sign herself bc the POA use reeks of undue influence (even if there is none).
While I understand that this act has not passed either the House or the Senate as of yet, and as such is not yet law, I do not understand the fundamental differences in the 6-year LPI status vs. the current specifications of the Green Card. To my understanding, both LPI status and a Green Card... Read more »

The best way to explain the proposed "Legal Prospective Immigrant" (LPI) status is to first view the definition of the term " Prospective". "Prospective" means "expected or expecting to be something particular in the future".
In the proposed bill... Read more »

If he needs emergency treatment, yes. Otherwise, let her handle it until the final hearing.
His estranged Childers signed over a paper to me so I could get him buried. I don’t know what to do now. He didn’t have much but I would to be paid for cremation he lived in In Thanks for help

File a dispense with administration in your local probate office. That should take care of it.
