Q: Have we met the 6 month residency requirement for divorce?

My daughter and I just moved to GA in February 2021. My husband has been here since July 2020. He has been working and did file GA state taxes. He has not switched his DL over to GA yet.

Is there a Ga state law regarding overnight stays on this?

There is no law prohibiting this. If your parenting plan doesn't cover it, it is allowed.

Q: I have an incident report of a then "parking committee" person that reported to the board. This person is now a board.

She is now a board member. I filed a incident report 1 5 yrs ago. She trespassed into my home and lectured the laborers about parking. I was told about it when I came home from laborers. Can I still take legal action against her?

Congrats. I doubt that should be an issue. You spent most of your time in the US and that is what is required for the time segment of the form. If you are asked about it at any time explain it as you did here.

Q: I came to this country on asylum from Rwanda. I want to visit my parents in Zambia. I'm not a Citizen yet. can I travel?

I no longer hold a Rwandan citizenship because I left as a refugee.

As an asylee you have to get approval before you travel. A specific document is needed.

You should consult an attorney - the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Justis both have lawyer directories. You can also look on the USCIS website.

Yes, even though you agree to the divorce, you may not agree to all of the things that your spouse is requesting in the divorce. They are not legitimate through Superior Court are they heirs? As Administrator, it is your job to file a Petition to Determine Heirs. Each person who thinks he is an heir will have to prove to the judge how he is an heir. This type of action is best handled with attorney assistance.

You do not need the three years tax returns to file for your relative. If you are eligible, you may file as soon as you can.

Q: Can a judge give custody of my kids to the paternal grandmother without my knowledge of the proceedings/or signature?

Q: Can a family member represent me as my lawyer in child support court in the state of Georgia?

My sons father has his sister in law as his lawyer and they are both falsifying information to the court. Isn’t this a conflict of resolution?

Unfortunately you are not able to draw disability benefits based on his work record. The only exception to this is if you are over 50 and a widow. A widow who is over 50 and disabled can draw off of her deceased husband's record if her disability happens within 7 years of his death.
