The answer depends on why the case is being transferred. For example, it might be transferred to another judge for a variety of reasons. It could be transferred to another docket if it were put on the small claims docket in error. It might be a scheduling issue.

Probably not, but you may want to take the contract to an attorney for review to be sure. Don't sign any more extensions, and you will want to go ahead and have your financing ready, and you may want to appear at closing as well.

Generally the main issue at a child support hearing is proof of your income. You may also want to have a list of any direct payments that you received, if any. If you receive the child support then DOR may still represent you. Contact them directly for guidance.

More information is needed. Have your petition for an investor visa been approved? If not, it can take a significant amount of time for U.S. visa petition processing. Likely, much more time than Canada. Perhaps, more time then you and your husband wish to wait.
