I'm just looking for the form needed to request a motion for dismissal of a removal order in Virginia.

Go to the family court website for the form that you need, or call the clerk's office on Monday for the website link.
Child is in college full time, 19 years old and works a job. She is trying to claim herself on her own taxes for money for tuition.

Child can claim herself if she makes more than $600/yr.

I want to know why they did that to me. They have refused to acknowledge that it has caused me distress for 25 years. I want to know why they did it in the first place. I just want them to have to acknowledge it and stop lying and be accountable in a public forum.

You consult with a family law attorney to find out if you have legal grounds first, before you spend money on filing and service fees and get sanctioned.

You present an interesting legal question. You will probably need to hire an attorney licensed to practice in Connecticut to fully address your situation with your grandchildren. I wish you the best of luck in the resolution of your issue.
My father was unofficially adopted by my grandparents in Puerto Rico in the 1950s, and when he was born they did not change his original last name to what should of been my adoptive grandfathers last name.
For all the time he has been in the United States (specifically NY for over 40... Read more »

Based upon what you have said, to begin with the case would have to be done in PR as that is where he was born, however, since the "adoption" was unofficial it is unlikely that it can be done. What is probably a better option, is to bring an action for a name change back to the time he... Read more »

Yes, if the part time job led to a change in income it can be included in a modification. You will need to report income from all sources.

My X-Wife and I have a Travel Trailer together. We failed to make payments and the bank foreclosed on it and charged off the debt. They never Repossessed it. Make sure it's titled in her name. She should give you a document that she accepts all responsibility. You say "x"--did you have a divorce (if she got posession that may cover it) or just separated?
Will I need to be prepared to be questioned about this in court?

Be prepared to discuss it if it comes up. Talk to your attorney, or use the Find a Lawyer tab to retain a local family law attorney to review all the facts and advise you.

There is not enough information here to know what is going on with this case. With that said, if there is a threat that children may be removed by the state the guardians and the parents each need to hire attorneys right now. It is always better to take action to try to prevent the removal than... Read more »

We live in Branson, Missouri

You can get her served in another state.
