Q: My daughter will be turning 21 in March 2022. When should I file to have it stopped. I also live in PA she lives in ny.

Do I have to go to Long Island and file or can it be done through mail?

You should likely file a month before her birthday (assuming there is nothing extending support to 22 in your divorce). You can file by downloading the form and e-mailing or regular mail the petition. Or you could hire an attorney who can do everything for you.

You should go to the Virginia DMV and get a "compliance summary" which will tell you what you need to do to get your license reinstated.

Q: I'm high risk and my landlord refuses to show a video and texts weekly to ask to show the apartment. I need my safety.

I pay my rent faithfully but he keeps asking to show it at my convenience but at what cost do I have to keep putting my family at risk.

Q: If you have a deed that is joint tenants with the right of survivorship can a will void that?

The survivor of the joint tenants as set forth in the deed will become the sole title owner of the property by operation of law on the death of the other joint tenant no matter what the decedent's will provides otherwise.
