Q: can I have the form in Virginia to request a motion to dismiss a preliminary removal order?

I'm just looking for the form needed to request a motion for dismissal of a removal order in Virginia.

Q: Can a non custodial parent claim child on their taxes until they’re 24 years old if they are paying for healthcare?

Child is in college full time, 19 years old and works a job. She is trying to claim herself on her own taxes for money for tuition.

Child can claim herself if she makes more than $600/yr.

Don’t want to go that route but other parent is being extremely difficult

On going child support ends at 18 or high school graduation, whichever comes last but not later than 19th birthday. However, arrears still due for 10 years.

Q: Can I sue my parents for extended misogyny and trying to marry someone to me when I was 14. I don’t want to know why.

I want to know why they did that to me. They have refused to acknowledge that it has caused me distress for 25 years. I want to know why they did it in the first place. I just want them to have to acknowledge it and stop lying and be accountable in a public forum.

Make sure it's titled in her name. She should give you a document that she accepts all responsibility. You say "x"--did you have a divorce (if she got posession that may cover it) or just separated?

No, you file it in one state. Was the child born/conceived in Missouri? If so, that would be the appropriate state for a paternity action.

Until the time he is the adjudicated father after the child is born, he has no legal rights to the child unless you were married. Once the child is born, his placement and custodial rights would be under the laws of the Country in which the child is born.

Q: Am I responsible for 50% if ex took kids to doctor who is private and cash pay only when I have insurance for them?

I have insurance for my kids, my ex took my kids to a counselor who does not take insurance and is only cash pay. My insurance covers counseling and it’s only $60, am I responsible for paying half of the original receipt she submitted to me that is in the 100’s when I should only pay $30?
