Accessibility

The Cathedral ground floor is accessible, though both the crypt and the library are only accessible very stepped access. The entrance to the crypt houses a filmed walkthrough of the crypt for those who cannot manage the stairs.

The cathedral floor is stone and uneven in places.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available for the use of visitors on request and can be collected upon arrival. Please ask at the welcome desk if you require assistance.

Disabled Parking

The forecourt can be used by blue badge holders. This can be organised in advance, by contacting the Verger Department on 01765 602072.
