I highly recommend Mr. Natoli in the area of criminal defense. He is a tremendous advocate for his clients in all municipal, state and federal court proceedings. The mark of an excellent criminal defense attorney is not just the ability to effectively advocate, but to use sound judgment in deciding what issues are important to raise in all stages of a criminal case. This is something that derives from Mr. Natoli's knowledge and experience as a criminal defense attorney.

Legal Answers
6 Questions Answered
- Q. How can I get more information on a case
- A: If you are a charged defendant, the attorney you retain can request discovery and initiate a dialogue about the case with a prosecutor. If you are the target of an investigation but have not been charged yet, a retained attorney can attempt to speak with investigators and/or prosecutors on your behalf. However, law enforcement is not obligated to provide information regarding their pre-charge investigations.
- Q. If my wife bites me and doesn’t let go and punch her to get her to go is that a petty disorderly person
- A: Yes you can be charged with assault. However, based on your description you may have a valid self defense claim. Seek a consultation with an experienced criminal defense attorney.
- Q. My brother is currently serving time for Bank Robbery. Has there been any Revision in the NERA Act that would cut his t?
- A: Unfortunately, the No Early Release Act (NERA) has not been changed in a manner which would call for a reduction in your brother’s sentence.
