There are highly recommended lawyers on this website and on other reputable websites. My advice is to hire someone that has at least 15 years of real criminal law experience.

I used it once and told him to take my card off his system, I got a notification a few days ago that it tried to go through again and told him AGAIN to take it off. Now it has went through AGAIN and he's mocking me that there's nothing I can do.

Cancel the card and get a new one.
he was granted temporary custody in 2018 my son is now 14 and in kentucky old enough to decide where he wants to be his father has been mentally and physically abusing him for over a year now and it has been documented by the police department where i live and cps where i live and in indiana

No. You need to file a CPS report and an EPO. Do not take him with court authority.

You will need to call the Perry Circuit zclerk snd inquire.

That would be one solution, assuming that bankruptcy makes sense otherwise. If he has low income, owns little or nothing, and has other significant deaths, this could be a reasonable option.

If you are in Ohio you need to talk contact a lawyer licensed in Ohio that deals real estate transaction work.
If I do go back she going to take everything for me and my baby like money and ECT. Every time I gey money for the government she take and if she keep taking for me I want be able to take care of my baby and me. Need help asap.

You do not have to go back. You have emancipated but you will have to handle everything on your own from here on.

You don’t have any rights.
I was terminated for having a miscarriage. The child had a heartbeat on may 30th but no longer on may 1st when I was admitted to the emergency room. I called my boss and spoke to him that day told him what was happening and that the emergency room had given me a note to be out until may 5th. I was... Read more »

No. You may have a claim against your employer but more facts are needed to make that determination.

No.
My ex hacked my phone and had my unemployment backpay sent to her bank

I would call the police department and try to get in touch with the person you spoke with to see if the report has been forwarded to a detective for review. You could also call the unemployment office and they may have special investigators that would look into your case.
She has passed wve test drug and completed several plans by the state and they still are harassing her now threatening to take the baby to foster care. What are my rights. I signed the certificate of birth, I go visit every weekend and have no criminal record or anything ever.

File a motion in the CPS case for temporary custody of the newborn.
I have owned the property for almost a year now and the previous owner still hasn't retrieved anything off the ground but wants to try now after this long and I don't want him to have it now without compensation of some kind maybe even storage fees?

Depends on the circumstances under which the property was left on your premises.

What is your question?

It depends on what was promised.what the breeder knew and how reliable the DNA test is? If the breeder knowingly misled you and sold you something he knew to be false then that could be a case for fraud.
From my understanding I have all rights to our son unless he takes me to court to request for visitation, I do not request for child support and paternity has not actually been proven he was just put on birth certificate. So should I be able to change our child's name without consent from him?... Read more »

If paternity has not been established through the courts you may be able to change the name without giving notice.
my wife and I have been separated for 6 years and have 2 daughters. There is a custody agreement and child support agreement based in the Virginia court's. I live in Kentucky now and want to divorce her. Can I file the paperwork in Kentucky without having to redo the custody agreement?

Yes.
No seatbelt, suspended license (which was new to me), no insurance, no registration plates. The officer didn't handcuff me and im assuming it was because of my carseat. Am I just going to pay a fee? If so, how much?

If you have proof that you had a valid license and insurance you are not looking at any jail time. If anything was suspended or lapsed at the time you were pulled over you need to get it renewed before court. I would contact an experienced Attorney to help represent you and minimize your exposure.
I've been asking him to leave for two years. He doesn't work, doesn't pay any bills and refuses to leave. I'm done waiting on broken promises and arguing every single day.

You can file for divorce at anytime. You do not need his permission. You will likely not be able to have him leave the home right away unless he agrees or there are allegations of abuse etc. A divorce in Kentucky takes at least 60 days if you have children and can be faster if you do not have... I have tried contacting the sheriff department and arresting officer. I am told they will be in contact, but have never received a call or anything, after 6 times of speaking with the sheriff's department. What can I do to get back my property?

Contact the property room in your county. Take proof of the case dismissal to that office and they should release your property.
