You haven't asked a question. If you mean how much does it cost for a trade mark registration, technically you may do it yourself IF you can do all the research necessary. Why not just survey some firms? You can also try services like Legal Zoom.
im looking to trademark my company name and I was advised to get a lawyer so I wanted to know a average estimate of how much trademarking my business name will cost? and when I do trademark it in my country will the protection of my trademark work in other countries as well?

The application fee for trademark registration with the USPTO is $250-$350 per trademark, per class. Attorney fees vary but it is recommended that you work with an attorney. Trademark registration in one country doesn't provide registration in another country.

It's possible that you could snap up this trademark. You'll have a better chance if your description of goods or services is different from that of the previous trademark. Also check to see what similar marks are registered, such as "Wear your words," which might prevent you... Read more »
Currently we don't want to register a LLC in US. But we would like to register a trademark in US to secure our current online stores. However we may open a physical store in future in US in coming year or so.

Yes a foreign company may register a trademark in the US. However they must be represented by an attorney licensed in the US.
I can email a screenshot and also my application to view. Can you look it over and tell me if the application looks good to go? I intend to sell herbal powders, essential oils, bars of soap, and herbal teas. Thanks for your time.

Looks like you are ok.
You should consult with an attorney to make sure your mark has a chance.
cheers

A trademark attorney can help break this down for you. Most of them over charge their clients and don’t really give a s*** about your business beyond the trademark filing. Call me if you want a fair price on your trademark and someone who wants to plug in as a legit partner in your company’s growth.
I'm a print-on-demand seller on KDP Amazon, and I want to sell score sheets for some games such as Yahtzee, scrabble knowing that these terms are owned by Hasbro, am I facing a problem if started selling these using: Yahtzee score sheets for example.

You may receive a nasty letter from them if you directly copy their existing score sheets and attempt to re-sell them. Even if you remove their logos and just re-print the exact design layout of the sheet, they could raise a copyright/trade dress issue with you. All that being said, those companies... Read more »

The application itself will cost $250-$350 for each "class" of goods and services that you file in. For example, if you offer candles for sale, and candle making classes under the trademark "Wickzy", you would likely want to file in both classes in the same application. Many... Read more »

You should make a consultation with an attorney to review this.
If you have a registration then that is one thing. If it is just an application still to be decided, then that calls for a different strategy.
Best luck.
I am trying to register my brand in amazon but they told me that this registration is not on a principal registry but only with agency
Can you please help?

Amazon is apparently requesting proof that you have registered your trademark on the principal registry of the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). If you have not done this, consult with a trademark attorney to assist you with the process.
If I got pulled over for expired registration & when I went to the courthouse to show proof of registration, they said that the cop never filed the ticket & that I didn’t have to do anything, not even show proof of registration. I didn’t have to go to my court date, will that still show... Read more »

Generally dismissed charges aren't going to show on any criminal history or background report. Exceptions to this may be very high level security clearances. Even then, they aren't generally looking for things like renewing your registration a little bit late.

The USPTO may refuse to register a trademark is there is a likelihood of confusion with another registered trademark in the same class/category(s). In this example, both marks could be confusingly similar since the dominant word in both trademarks are identical "JPL" (the word... Read more »
