Q: Is it possible on a FHA loan for the final cd to change over night from 14.5k to 18.5k? Please help

I was told my monthly payment would be 1,710 now it is up to 2,110. I was told by the originator to bring 14.5 to closing & that was rounding it up from 14.2. Generally, unless an emergency such as repairing a burst water pipe, access to the premises must be given but at the convenience of the tenant.

Q: I want to break my lease early....and dont have anything in the lease explaining and management is not telling me

Ive called them multiple time and they keep on giving my the run around with who handles the leasing questions. What should I do, everything is over the phone and I do not have a paper trail as they do not answer anything by email

Q: Does my landlord have to be specific about when they want to enter?

My landlord wants to do HUD inspection (which is fine) but they said between 5/17/21-6/3021. This is in NJ.

Unless anemergency necessitates immediate access, access should be arranged with the agreement of landlord and tenant.

Q: For statute no 39 4-97.3, if you are at a stop sign and you look at your phone. Are you violating the statue?

Yes, you are as the statute say using, and also says that it shall not impede operation. If you are at a Stop sign, you are not paying attention to the road and the flow of traffic

Q: Stolen art work, I did a logo for customer who then disappeared.

I recently saw 5 of his vehicles with my logo on them. I found his address and sent him an invoice. Never heard back.

Can I sue to have him either pay the invoice or remove the logos?

There is a difference between not having a record and not having a prior criminal charge. If you have no prior criminal charges a good lawyer should be able to keep you out of jail. Q: if you have DWI in NJ & PA at the same time should you have a lawyer in each state or one for both

That's up to you as long as your lawyer is licensed in both states you can have one lawyer as lawyers are licensed by state. Yes my advice to you would be to hire a good lawyer as you're looking at mandatory jail time even with a lawyer. However a good lawyer can help you at least reduce the amount of time that you are looking at. Set up one of the free in office consultations that most of us traffic ticket lawyers offer.

This does not make sense without knowing more facts. Getting any changes to a NJ driver's license is very difficult. Are you a N.J. resident who is temporarily in Alaska? More information is going to be needed to understand what is actually going on.

I dont think my answer will come as a big surprise to you. You need to sit down with an experienced family law attorney to review the terms of your agreement and any court orders entered in your matter ( in Virginia and in New Jersey) to determine how a court would address the issue if presented.

Yes, but do so with copies. Keep the original documents until you need to produce them if this matter results in a complaint being filed.
