- Specializing in business transactions, insurance regulation, and estate planning, formation and administration, Michael Kuzma joined Johnson, Flodman, Guenzel & Widger in 2014. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kuzma was a business attorney at the State of Nebraska Department of Economic Development Office of International Trade and Investment (NDED) where he managed the state’s Japanese business relationships and foreign trade office in Tokyo. Mr. Kuzma graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School where he was awarded a David L. Boren NSEP Fellowship to study international business law at Temple University Beasley College of Law in Tokyo. Mr. Kuzma shares his business knowledge and experience by teaching Business Law II and International Business Transactions at Nebraska Wesleyan University to upper class and Master in Business Administration (MBA) students.
