Q: Can a divorce agreement be changed?

No minor children, allow my ex wife to stay in the house for 6 yrs while I pay mortgage and utilities plus taxes and Ins. now she has a day care at the house and her fiance has moved in.

Q: If someone says: The first date is $50. The second date may be sexual if you want. Is that considered solicitation?

The second question doesn't mention anything about money. If the person saying this does not intend to have a second date and wants to fool the guy for only giving them money for a dinner date for $50 then ghosting them. Is this illegal?

Q: Why did the housing court in Cleveland summon us to court because our tenant parked on the front lawn. I

We own a house on 2221 w 106 st Cleveland 44102. We do not live there. When the street was being swept on April 13, our tenant could not park there, so he parked on the front lawn. Q: I got a summons to court for shooting guns on public hunting land in Ohio. What kind of trouble am I looking at.

It's a wildlife preserve area. It's for hunting I was unaware that I couldn't target shoot as it wasn't posted that I couldn't.

It depends on the specific charge being brought. You citation should state the code section under which you are being charged. Yes but it depends on the evidence and does the trier of fact believe beyond a reasonable doubt that a murder occurred. Testimony alone can meet this burden of proof.

Evidently the house is in Florida and you are in Georgia. Consult with an attorney where the house is located; a Georgia attorney cannot represent you in Florida litigation.

The age of consent in Maryland is 16. There is no written consent form. It is still illegal for and adult to have sexual relations with someone under 18 when the adult is in a supervisory capacity, such as a teacher, coach, counselor, etc.
