You should DEFINITELY talk with a Texas probate attorney. Probate is the legal process necessary to transfer a deceased person's assets. Typically, when there's no will, your probate attorney will handle the Determination of Heirship process for you.

Q: is my employer required to pay me overtime wages if I should have had 50 hours on my check?

I was required to work 10 hours on the Monday following July forth. My days off are Sunday and Monday since I reglarly work Tuesday through Saturday.. You cannot count the eight hour holiday as working hours--because you did not work. So the 2 hours OT is correct.

You should speak with an attorney to represent you as both of these tickets likely carry at least two points. An attorney may be able to knock down the moving violations.
