A prison officer allegedly took part in a long-term sexual relationship with a prisoner which resulted in her pregnancy and arrest. 26-year-old Haven Shank lives in Saint Joseph. She is a corrections officer at the Western Reception Diagnostic and Correctional Center. Starting last fall, Shank and one of the prisoners in the facility reportedly established a connection that cultivated in the pair allegedly partaking in sexual intercourse. Food Safety News reports that an outbreak of hepatitis A infections has been confirmed in relation to frozen mangos. Patients live in the Canadian provinces of Quebec and Nova Scotia. It is not yet known whether the products were distributed in the United States. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency posted a recall notice for four products in relation to the outbreak.
