Q: In state of NJ are you able to leave a job before your contracted term (2 years on the contract)?

Whether the company can enforce the contract and sue you for a breach if you leave before 2 years is dependent on the language in your contract. You should contact an employment law attorney in your area to review the contact terms and discuss your options.

The deed is for a life estate. In normal situations, the life estate is vested in the people until they die, and then after they pass the property goes to who is named in the will. The will takes over after the life estate is over. The property could be sold and divided if Gerald and Eddy agree.

Q: between one is better to plead - unsafe driving - or care less driving

Unsafe Driving on a third offense is a 4 point violation, whereas Careless can be a 2 point. There is also the 97.2 which is an unsafe on the first time which is a Zero Point but a 400.00 fine. so it all depends on the situation

Retain an attorney to file suit. If you win you will receive double your money and more importantly, the Landl ord will be charged with paying your attorney fees. NJ Courts are very strict about enforcing tenant security laws.

He started eviction proceedings against me. Can he evict me? Never had proper heating or cooling system that worked. I have on-going certified documentation requesting repairs of heating and cooling system. As a response, he is summoning me to court for non-payment of rent.
