While sitting at a private property in vehicle the police pulls up with lights on, guns out & aggressive stating the car was reported stolen & proceeded with a search. They find a gun. Takes the property and let me go. (Car was never reported stolen) (gun was not mine either)

If the car was not reported stolen, yes, you likely have a good Fourth Amendment issue. Assuming you were charged with something out of all this, you should work with a lawyer to bring that to light.
The dealer is a well known drugdealing tho he is white and my son is black. he admitted that he was not paid for the drugs he was delivering in court is this even legal

While the dealer certainly exposes himself to possible charges his testimony that he delivered drugs to your son could of course wind your son up in trouble as well. Your son should be working with an attorney.
Company sometimes doesn't answer their phone. I want my entire floor replaced. I'm tired of having repairs.

It sounds like it probably is time to contact a lawyer right now.
Executor has withheld her husband from most of his family years before he passed, cut off ties, likely blocked phone numbers, moved him to Florida. Will was suddenly changed 7 months before his passing. It excludes 5 out of 6 of his children. Will prior to executor meeting husband, still exists,... Read more »

Yes, that can be an additional criminal charge. I suggest sitting down with a criminal defense attorney in your area to discuss. Keep in mind that attorneys cannot solicit or contact you directly, you will need to initiate contact.
Best of luck.

In short, yes you're on the right track. You may want to contact the probate court clerks in Montgomery County. Each county is different, and some have specific documents for you to complete. The Court clerks can usually assist you or point you in the right direction.
Best of luck.
She bought a house and came into my house when I was not there and took the dogs and now will not let me see them.

I’m not sure if your situation falls under common law marriage (or if Ohio recognizes such) so I’d suggest you figure that out first. You may need to file for divorce and division of debt/property.
If you are not considered common law married you need to file a replevin action against... Read more »
We’ve recently found out the final building inspection wasn’t done or approved by the City, have found flooding issues in the garage and discovered the plumbing vent for our master bathroom was never connected at all. None of this was disclosed to us and is not on any paperwork we signed. Not... Read more »

Your recourse against the sellers/flippers most likely will not exist. They did not reside in the house and therefore would not be required to complete a seller's disclosure statement. More than likely you had no communication directly with the Seller/flippers and therefore no fraudulent... Read more »

Call the police. If she is trespassing in your property they need to remove her. Otherwise, if she has a legal right to be there, or if you fail to act you may run into tenancy issues and need to pursue eviction proceedings. The same way you sue anybody else. Any property owner must ensure that the real estate is reasonably safe for those who come onto the property. The specific duty of care required depends on the particulars of the situation. It would essentially be a negligence claim. I recommend you sit down... Read more »

The ruling has me in contempt of court and subject to 30 days in jail if I do not reimburse my ex-wife and pay her attorney fees within 30 days. I have a compliance hearing scheduled for 30 September.

You've indicated that you need a lawyer. You've also said you are overseas, and Justia has the question in the Ohio section with a location in Virginia. So the first step here is to figure out where you have court so you can seek out an attorney who practices in that area. You want to... Read more »
I don’t want to live there and I had signed an original lease for a two bedroom but they now want me to sign another for a different apartment. If I didn’t sign the replacement lease can I not move in all together?

The old lease remains in effect and valid until landlord and tenant mutually terminate the lease. If you don't sign the new lease, then they can't legally make you sign a new lease and move. But if they try, then use the Find a Lawyer tab and retain a local real estate attorney to... Read more »

Misrepresentations made during the sale of a car by a dealer should be reviewed by a consumer rights attorney. Most will give you a free consultation to determine if you have a strong enough claim to seek a remedy. Good luck.
I'm his legal guardian why would it go into probate until he turns 18?

When someone under the age of 18 gets a settlement in Ohio, the probate court in the county in which the minor lives has jurisdiction over the settlement. The court will review the settlement, and approve it if it seems fair. It will also act to preserve the minor's money, and put... Read more »
My sister is a part of that estate

It's hard to "un-sign" a waiver. So, I suggest she talk to counsel first.
The only thing that would go through probate if I were to file would be his truck. No other assets. His wife is deceased. House was foreclosed on. Bank account empty. There is no will. If I were to file in Probate Court as a Small Estate, and notify Medicaid in the process, would they come after... Read more »

If the truck is worth less than $5,000 and you paid for the funeral and the funeral cost more than the value of the truck, then you can file for a Summary Release from Administration and Medicaid does not need to be informed or paid back.
