Q: What type of legal representation is needed for an inheritance buyout dispute where the home is in MD and I am in GA?

Myself and two half-sisters were willed a house by my father 4/2021 and were added to the deed. A small estate was opened 4/2021 with the MD Registry of Wills but the house was not included. The house appraised as-is for $260,000 9/2021.

This is something our Firm can help with. We are also real estate brokers with access to valuation tools. You want to avoid the cost of a partition action. Where co-owners can't agree on a sale, any one of them can run to court and compel the sale.

If the custodial parent has died and the child is still a minor then you owe the child support arrears to the person who has guardianship over the child or if the child has received benefits from DHS due to your nonpayment of child support you may owe DHS.

To answer your question even with the letter whether the case is dismissed against the others will depend on the evidence and the prosecutor's discretion. Everyone should have an attorney and not try to resolve this on your own.

I don't know any similar case examples. If there is new evidence that there was no victim, you can file a Motion to Vacate the Protective Order.

There are no forms for a violation of ATI. An attorney would draft a Application based on the facts of the case and every case is different.
