She’s sending texts saying if I don’t pay her thousands of dollars she’s going to the police. She also has a video recording of me talking to her that she illegally recorded while the phone was in her pocket.

The USCIS places a 12 month limit per degree level on OPT, but there is no stipulation that the whole 12 months must be used at once. You have options. Ask for supervisor on the major one. File a motion to vacate the conviction on the minor one and convert to supervision. Supervision on both is best.

If aggravated speeding fine was reduced to a petty crime and I fingerprinted for a job, would the background check show that I had been arrested?

It depends upon how deep the background check is. Anybody looking up your name online would be able to see the original charge was a Class A or B misdemeanor (depending on your speed), both of which are criminal offenses.

"Child support reserved" used in this way means that the question of child support will be decided at a later date, with neither party losing any rights because the decision was delayed.

Yes, at your age - two convictions within 24 months will cause a suspension. It would be wise to get a local attorney to help you.

Short answer: No. The reg states that no advertisement to aid, promote, or assist directly or indirectly any extension of consumer credit may state that a specified down payment, by the creditor who advertises his services.

Greetings!

I'm in the US on a H1B visa and recently received a green card EAD + AP card. My H1B extension is pending. Can I go out of the country and get back using my Advanced Parole card and continue to keep my H1B visa?
