You should be able to refuse to extend the closing date. Notify your agent and the escrow agent you are not extending the closing date.

It depends where the video was taken: if it was made in public there is hardly any legal recourse, but if it was made in a private place then you may review possible civil suit for damages with a civil practitioner.
