Can I ask for more child support if my ex's salary increased significantly?

If he drove drunk with our daughter in the vehicle, can I request to change to full custody?

An Oregon attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week, and evidence in personal injury cases can sometimes be fleeting in nature. Q: Friend retained a lawyer but hasn't spoke, only to the paralegal, and wants to make sure attorney is right for the job.

You should reach out to the lawyer that has been retained, request a meeting to discuss the facts, evidence and path forward. If the lawyer won't meet then obviously there's a problem, it's time to start looking for a new lawyer.

Your issue is with the construction company. Sounds like customer paid as they agreed, and they are not responsible for whatever arrangements you had going with your friend.

Q: Where does it say in California law that a trustee must maintain trust assets (i.e. rental property for beneficiary)?

In this situation, rental income is to be used for the beneficiary's Special Needs Trust. There is a home that needs to be cleaned and rented yet the trustee has not done anything to take control of the property, clean and get it back on the rental market. Anyone, with good reason, can petition the court to have the trustee replaced. Failure to fulfill the fiduciary duties is a good reason for replacement.
