An arrest which does not result in convictioin or probation will not keep your husband from purchasing and possessing a firearm.
Currently incarcerated in Faribault MN Prison. Was sentenced 12/21/2012, 4 years remaining. Your fiancee's has already appealed his convictions. That appeal was decided by the Minnesota Court of Appeals April 28, 2014. Their is no documentation for stocks. The estate checking account had a vanguard deposit. It sat for 1 week than removed then we got paid a sizable dirct deposit from vangard.

I could be wrong, but it certainly sounds like the Vanguard account was set up to pay on death to the beneficiaries. This would explain why you subsequently received a large payout from Vanguard. It would also explain why a payment might have gone to a bank account and then was removed.... Read more »
