There are a number of amazing doctors and physicians in the Marvel universe. Some characters also have incredible healing factors that fix them right up. However, there are a few characters with the powerful ability to heal others from injuries and diseases. Their healing powers have made them highly sought out as allies but have also made them targets.

10 Healer Is A Former Morlock Who Can Telekinetically Stimulate A Mutant’s Healing Ability

The mutant known only as Healer first appeared as a member of the underground group of Morlocks. They were mutants who lived in the sewers because they couldn’t pass as “normal” humans above. Healer survived the Morlock's massacre and eventually settled on Krakoa to become one of the X-Men’s resident healers.

Healer is only able to use his mutant ability on other mutants and can't affect humans. He can pump his patient’s mutant gene full of extra energy that then stimulates their own ability to heal. It’s not always a quick process, but Healer has definitely proven his worth in the Krakoan era.

9 Anti-Venom’s Healing Touch Was Inherited From His Inadvertante Creator Mister Negative

Eddie Brock spent years bonded with the Venom symbiote, which ultimately resulted in him developing cancer. He abandoned the symbiote and dedicated the last moments of his life to helping others. He volunteered at the F.E.A.S.T. shelter that was set up by Martin Li. F.E.A.S.T.’s benefactor had a dark side as the villainous Mister Negative.

Li used his healing touch to cure Eddie Brock of his cancer, but there was a unique side effect. Mr. Negative’s healing anti-bodies merged with traces of the Venom symbiote to create Anti-Venom. The new symbiote inherited Mr. Negative’s healing touch. Anti-Venom’s symbiote can cure illnesses and diseases, but it can also negate powers in transformed characters like Spider-Man.

8 Christopher Muse Manipulates Life Force As The Powerful Mutant Healer Known As Triage

The Phoenix Force reignited the human population’s mutant gene during the Avengers vs. X-Men event. A new wave of young mutants began to manifest their abilities. Christopher Muse joined Cyclops and his team of renegade X-Men as the mutant healer Triage alongside a few of the other new mutants.

Muse had the ability to manipulate life force in various ways, which included healing others. He could even reanimate the recently deceased, though once the body had died he couldn’t fully restore it. Triage is still testing the limits of his ability to manipulate the life force of others. He could potentially become one of the Marvel universe’s greatest healers.

7 Michael Twoyoungmen Is A Gifted Surgeon Who Uses A Mystical Medical Pouch As Shaman

Canada may not have as many superheroes as the U.S., but the country does have a few protectors. The Canadian government gathered a few heroes together to become Alpha Flight, This included a gifted surgeon named Dr. Michael Twoyoungman. As Shaman, he was one of Alpha Flight’s most powerful members due to his experience as well as his mystical medical pouch.

Shaman is a Sarcee mystic and his medical pouch is a powerful artifact that contained an extradimensional void. He could access spells and other artifacts to heal himself, his teammates, and his fellow Canadians. Shaman later joined the magical Strange Academy as a teacher of Premed Inter-Spiritual Studies to further share his medical knowledge.

6 Sabra Is Able To Share Portions Of Her Own Life Energy To Heal Others And Give Them Powers

Ruth Bat-Seraph was a superhuman agent of the Mossad named Sabra. The Israeli Secret Service trained Sabra in the use of her mutant powers once they manifested during puberty. She gained super-strength, speed, enhanced reflexes, and a powerful healing factor that allowed her to quickly recover in battle. Sabra was also able to share her life force with others to heal them.

This transfer of life energy sometimes came with a unique side effect. Some of the people she shared her life force ended up developing their own superpowers. Characters like Windstorm gained the power of aerokinesis after being healed by Sabra. This would leave Sabra slightly depowered until she decided to reclaim her healing life force.

5 Elixir Is An Omega-Level Mutant Whose Healing Ability Comes With A Death Touch As Well

Josh Foley trained at the Xavier Institute under the guidance of the X-Men as Elixir. His healing abilities have continued to grow and evolve over the years. Elixir's omega-level abilities were fully realized when his secondary mutation activated and he developed a golden second skin. His healing touch was further improved when he gained the Beast’s years of medical knowledge.

However, Elixir’s powers continued to change and he discovered he also had a killer touch. He could create disease as easily as he could cure it, though the use of that ability turned his golden skin into a deep black. Elixir now uses his healing ability as one of the members of The Five who run Krakoa’s resurrection protocols.

4 Captain Mar-Vell Could Rechannel Photonic Energy Using The Nega-Bands To Heal Others

The first Captain Marvel was a Kree warrior named Mar-Vell. He decided to become Earth’s protector after he spent time undercover as Dr. Walter Lawson. Mar-Vell wore the powerful Nega-Bands and had his abilities were enhanced a couple of times over the years. He developed the power to absorb and redirect photonic energy, which he learned had healing properties.

Mar-Vell could rechannel the absorbed photonic energy through his Nega-Bands to both heal others and charge them with energy. While this ability allowed him to recover from wounds quickly as well, it had limits. Mar-Vell wasn’t able to use the absorbed energy to cure himself of the terminal lung cancer that ultimately killed him.

3 Exodus Is An Omega-Level Telekinetic Who Can Molecularly Heal Himself And Others

Bennet du Paris was born in the 12th century and fought in the Crusades before his mutant powers developed. Apocalypse then further augmented the new mutant to become an even more powerful being. Exodus is one of the strongest omega-level X-Men. He is a powerful telekinetic who can use his abilities in quite a few different ways.

Aside from his numerous offensive and defensive capabilities, Exodus is also a next-level healer. He can telekinetically manipulate atoms to repair trauma or stimulate chemicals in the body to induce healing as well. He’s used this ability to fix Professor Xavier’s shattered head molecularly after he was shot and killed in just one example of his incredible healing ability.

2 Wiccan Is A Powerful Mystic Who Can Warp Reality Or Cast A Spell To Heal On The Battlefield

When Billy Kaplan first appeared, he was the magically-created and ill-fated son of Vision and Scarlet Witch. Kaplan was later reincarnated along with his twin brother, Tommy Shepherd. He inherited his magical reality-altering abilities from his mother. This eventually earned him the name Wiccan as one of the most powerful Young Avengers members.

Wiccan has a few different ways to heal himself and others on the battlefield. He is able to cast powerful spells by repeating a phrase to focus on healing them. However, his desire to heal them and his ability to concentrate can limit this ability. When Wiccan is in full control of his reality-altering powers, he could instantly heal others by warping the universe around him.

1 Silver Surfer Can Use The Power Cosmic To Heal Others And Save Them From Near Death

There isn’t much that Norrin Radd can’t do as the Silver Surfer. The cosmic being known as Galactus imbued him with the Power Cosmic to become his herald. The Power Cosmic allows him to tap into the fundamental energies of the universe and manipulate them in various ways. He can transmute matter and manipulate energy, which also makes him a great healer.

Silver Surfer can use the Power Cosmic to not only instantly heal himself, but he can heal others from almost any king od wound. He has even wiped out entire plagues to save whole civilizations, as seen in some of the best Silver Surfer stories. The only limit Silver Surfer has is that he isn’t able to bring anyone back from the dead, though he can save them from near-fatal injuries.
