If you are familar wiyh the requirements you may represent yourself. However, my advise is to retain the services of an experienced estate attorney.

No. She doesn't have to include you in her will.

you can always sue anyone for anything.............the issue is whether you would win and whether you could afford to retain a lawyer or find a lawyer that would take the matter on a lien.
