You can probably get the warrant and time to serve set aside if you hire a lawyer and pay the money.

Q: In Kentucky, if a patient decides to leave AMA (against medical advice) does law enforcement need to be notified?

If that patient has an IV catheter in place when they leave the hospital, does local law enforcement need to be notified?

You cannot withdraw your plea unless it’s very close in time to the plea itself and before you are sentenced. Yes. He could still get visitation. I would do nothing snd make him take you to court. Then you can impeach him with all the drug convictions snd ammo you have.

Q: How do i keep my husband from moving back in?

He left me in oct 2022. Rented a house. Now that he cant afford to stay there he wants to come back just to live not as my husband. I dont want him back. We both have our names on the house/land deed. Can i keep him gone?

Legally, you can’t keep him from coming back. Best to get the divorce filed quickly, get the house divided and buy him out of his share.

A person does not have a normal expectation of privacy in a hotel room like they would in their own home so the entry in scenario one sounds legitimate. I would contact the police about the missing property. They have more power and resources to investigate and if they end up charging an employee... Read more »

The entry is probably legal bc of the smell of marijuana but the disposition of her property is clearly not legal. She needs to hire a lawyer and sue Ramada.

You are not an executor or executrix unless snd until appointed by the court. Whether it’s worth filing for probate depends on the assets and property of the estate. Consular an estate planning or probate lawyer to determine whether you should or must open probate.
