The court is not required to wait until you are ready. You need to hire an attorney immediately to represent your interests. A letter isn't able to be used to stop or slow down the case.
I attempted to light a cigarette to smoke and the lighter presented a huge flame that caught my hair and face on fire. Was medavac to Washington Hospital Center. Still there going into the second week.
It is a horrible experience.
