It doesn’t really matter if an attorney thinks you have grounds to “break” your lease. Ideally, you and your landlord can reach a written agreement to terminate the lease. I'm being accused of crime I did not commit I had an individual living in my home who is working for my company and he spiked a drink put a bunch of drugs in a drink and I drank it not knowing and 5 minutes later I'm down the road wrapped around two other vehicles completely incoherent

The court is not required to wait until you are ready. You need to hire an attorney immediately to represent your interests. A letter isn't able to be used to stop or slow down the case.

Q: Can I sue the lighter company if a torch lighter caught my upper body on fire causing 3rd degree burns and in hospital?

I attempted to light a cigarette to smoke and the lighter presented a huge flame that caught my hair and face on fire. Was medavac to Washington Hospital Center. Still there going into the second week.

It is a horrible experience.

To prove liability, an expert would need to establish through forensic testing that the lighter had a product defect and that defect caused your injuries. An attorney may be interested in taking your case, so reach out to personal injury attorneys in your jurisdiction.

An arrest can be made by police in a domestic case based on probable cause determined by the officer. He does not have to witness it or be present.
