Marshmello is the kind of producer who grows up with you. The living candy character has always had this boyish quality. He’s just a schoolboy droppin’ bass bombs, but no longer.
In his latest music video, Marshmello walks the graduation aisle with Slushii and a couple buddies that looks strikingly similar to Skrillex and Ookay. He’s ready for the big leagues, or in this case, college. The timing is right, as kids hit graduation across the country.
Musically, “Moving On” is another bass-heavy, cutesy anthem in the mystery-producer’s signature sound. It’s right in his wheelhouse, so if you love Marshmello, you’ll probably listen to this a few hundred times. The video already has a million views on YouTube.
